About Erin Rose

The most important thing to know about me is that I set extremely high expectations for myself and I do whatever it takes to meet those expectations. I want you to feel supported during the entire journey of purchasing your next home, and I will absolutely bend over backwards to do whatever is in my power to get you what you need.

My favorite thing in the world is recommending a product or service to my friends & loved ones  and having them fall in love with whatever it is I’ve recommended.  Being an agent is the ultimate fulfillment of that! I help my clients find a house they’ll love in a neighborhood that fits their wants/needs and they get years of happiness out of the deal!  I prioritize what my clients need and want, I pay close attention to what they say (and what they don’t say!) because my client is my priority.  But don’t get me wrong, I’m a straight shooter - I don’t shy away from giving my clients uncomfortable truths because truth is the only path toward long-lasting satisfaction.  If the house is you love is trash, or you don’t have enough buying power to buy your dream home, I’ll let you know (all in love, of course!).

My tagline is “Erin Rose Opens Doors” because I believe that homeownership is one of the best ways to open doors to financial freedom and to building generational wealth.  So many people believe that homeownership isn’t possible or attainable for them, and I am committed to helping educate as many folks as possible about their next best steps in making homeownership a reality for them.  I feel an extra sense of responsibility to those who may feel intimidated by the process of buying or selling a home, and will have as many phone/text/email exchanges and hand-holding sessions as it takes to get my clients to the finish line.

Before I worked in real estate, I spent several years working as a pastor in the city of Richmond. Nothing could have prepared me better to be your agent - years of pastoring have fostered a heart of compassion that has served my clients well since I’ve been in the business. I can’t promise you the road to buying a house will be easy, but can promise you that I’ll support you every step of the way.
